Repair Service — job cards

A job is opened for each broken phone — the phone's IMEI, the problem, the estimated cost and when you'll return it. The customer gets a slip.

Change the status as the work moves along: Received → In Progress → Ready → Delivered. When you set it to “Ready”, the customer gets an SMS.

📍 Where to find it: Left menu: Repair Service → Repair Jobs.

   Search. Job number, IMEI, model or customer name.

   New job. The form for taking in a phone.

   Status. Where the job is at.

   Mechanic. Who is doing the work — the mechanic's commission is calculated in their name.

   Due. How much the customer still owes for this job.
