Can the customer reset the phone to get around the lock?

No. The ways to reset the phone or remove the locker are blocked. But to stop a reset from the phone's recovery mode, it is important to use Device Owner setup from the start and keep FRP on with the shop's Gmail — our support team will walk you through it.

Which phones does it work on?

Modern Android phones that can be set up with a QR when first switched on. Where full setup isn't possible, there is a lighter mode.

What happens when the installments are finished?

Once the last installment is paid, release the phone — the locker is removed completely and the phone belongs to the customer.
