Check before accepting: You have the right to open and check the product in front of the delivery agent. If the box seal is broken or the item looks wrong, do not accept it and inform us immediately. 5. Cash on delivery: Where available, please keep the exact amount ready. Partial advance may be required for premium or made-to-order items. 6. Failed delivery: If delivery fails due to a wrong address, an unreachable number, or repeated unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply. 7.
