Damage Policy
This policy explains how we handle products that arrive damaged or develop damage-related issues.
1. Transit damage: If your product is damaged during delivery, report it within 24 hours of receiving it, with clear photos/video of the packaging and the product, along with the invoice.
2. Inspection: Our team will review the evidence. Verified transit or manufacturing damage is repaired or replaced free of charge.
3. Unboxing proof: For damage claims, an uncut unboxing video from the moment the sealed box is opened greatly speeds up approval. We strongly recommend recording it.
4. Not covered: Physical damage caused after delivery — drops, cracks, bent frames, liquid or water damage, burn marks, or pressure damage — is not covered under this policy.
5. Also not covered: Damage from unauthorized repair, use of non-standard chargers/accessories, or misuse against the manufacturer's guidelines.
6. Assessment charge: If an inspected device is found to have customer-caused damage, a diagnostic or handling charge may apply before it is returned to you.
7. Resolution time: Approved damage claims are resolved as quickly as possible; replacement availability may depend on current stock.
