Windows may warn "unknown app" — choose More info → Run anyway. It only installs the PhoneSell app onto the connected phone.

macOS may refuse the first run — Ctrl-click (right-click) the file → Open → Open.
Which one do I need?
- Managing your locked phones on the go → the Dokandar App on your own phone.
- Locking a customer's phone and you have no laptop → the Enroll App, with a USB/OTG cable.
- Locking a customer's phone with a laptop → the Windows or Mac tool, with a USB cable.
The customer's phone gets its own app during setup — you never have to download that one by hand.
